These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between amar singh and any person or business that visits the website, creates an account, requests a demonstration, starts a free trial, or purchases the G10 Fitness software or related services. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

G10 Fitness provides software and related digital services intended to support gym management, member management, attendance tracking, billing, reporting, communication workflows, coaching support, and associated business operations.

The service may include website access, account dashboards, software features, free trials, support services, and future add-on services or upgrades made available by the business.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting enquiries, creating an account, requesting access, or making a payment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

G10 Fitness currently offers subscription access on Monthly and Yearly plans and may offer a free trial where applicable.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew at present. Software access is generally activated shortly after successful payment verification and onboarding confirmation.

All fees displayed, quoted, or communicated by G10 Fitness are payable in accordance with the applicable plan selected by the customer.

Access may be suspended, restricted, or delayed if payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, unauthorized, or reasonably suspected to involve fraud.

Initial purchases may be considered for refund requests made within 7 calendar days from the date of first successful payment, subject to review by G10 Fitness and compliance with the Refund Policy.

Renewals, continuing usage periods, partially used billing cycles, and ongoing billing periods are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by G10 Fitness.

You agree not to misuse the website or software, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate another person, or use the platform in a manner that violates applicable law.

You must not use G10 Fitness to store, process, or transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful content.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that information uploaded to the service is lawfully collected, accurate, and properly authorized.

G10 Fitness does not assume responsibility for customer errors in pricing, billing decisions, member communication, staff activity, tax treatment, or misuse of exported or stored data by the customer.

All rights, title, and interest in the G10 Fitness brand, website, software, structure, design, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of G10 Fitness or its licensors, except for customer-owned content uploaded by the customer.

No user is permitted to copy, resell, license, reverse engineer, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the software or website except as expressly authorized in writing.

G10 Fitness may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, fraud risk, policy violations, abusive conduct, suspected unlawful activity, technical threats, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the platform.

Customers are expected to contact G10 Fitness directly before initiating chargebacks, bank disputes, or payment reversals.

Relevant transaction, account, communication, and usage records may be provided to the payment processor, acquiring bank, or authorized authority for dispute handling and fraud prevention.

Certain aspects of the business may rely on third-party service providers such as hosting providers, communication tools, analytics systems, support tools, or payment processing partners.

The website and software are provided on an as available basis. While G10 Fitness aims to maintain reliability, continuity, and support, the business does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or suitability for every business scenario.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G10 Fitness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data.

Where liability is legally established, the aggregate liability of G10 Fitness shall generally be limited to the amount actually paid by the relevant customer for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the immediately preceding billing period, subject to applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G10 Fitness from claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of law, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized handling of member or business data.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or the service.

G10 Fitness may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, commercial, or technical changes. The revised version will become effective when published on the website unless a different effective date is stated.
