1. General Policy
G10 Fitness may consider refund requests submitted within 7 calendar days of the customer's initial successful payment, subject to verification of the transaction, account status, usage history, and the circumstances of the request.
Refund approval is not automatic and each request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to prevent fraud, misuse, duplicate refunds, and abusive payment activity.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Except where required by applicable law or specifically approved in writing, payments relating to renewals, ongoing service periods, partially consumed subscription cycles, custom work, onboarding support already delivered, or current active billing cycles are non-refundable.
Refunds may also be refused where account misuse, policy violations, chargeback abuse, deceptive activity, or false payment claims are detected or reasonably suspected.
3. Free Trial and Plan Evaluation
Where a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the product, operational fit, and commercial suitability during the trial period before purchasing a paid plan.

Customers should contact G10 Fitness directly before initiating a chargeback or bank dispute. Raising a chargeback without first seeking direct resolution may result in temporary or permanent suspension of service access while the matter is investigated.
